Our client, and industry leading E-Commerce company is looking for a Sourcing Recruiter.

Pay: $45 to $65 per hour based on experience

Hours: Monday through Friday standard business hours

Locations: 100% remote

Contract with opportunity to be hired on permanent with good performance

Job Description:

Collaborate with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations.

Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the ability to assess candidates, build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.

Act as a talent advisor educating Hiring Managers about the recruiting process.

Partner with the recruiting manager on fostering excellence in the team's culture and driving productivity.

Interaction with team:

High engaged with new and with current team

Weekly team meeting

1:1 weekly or biweekly

Typical Tasks:

Be able to successfully manage, prioritize and fulfill technical job searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics.

65% purely sourcing and identifying candidates, reaching out to candidates, anything to generate top of the funnel pipeline

20% engaging and responding with candidates

10% partnering with HM and recruiters to talk strategy

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of progressive technical recruiting experience, sourcing and closing software engineering type candidates

Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent industry experience & training

Experience with LinkedIn, candidate negotiation, and client management

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, diversity sourcing and interview process management.

Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.

Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.

Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills

Preferred Recruiting Skills:

2-3+ years of tech sourcing

SDE experience

Imbedded software engineering

TPM (technical program manager)

Data science

Developing, created around a sourcing strategies (with the above stated)

Experience in larger tech industry

Larger start in growth mode
