Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a
Benefits Specialist to join their team. As a Benefits Specialist,
you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting
global benefits programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate
strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and adaptability,
which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:
Benefits Specialist Location: Wilmington, MA Pay Range: $30-$35/hr
(depending on experience) Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm What's the Job?
Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive global benefit programs
for the organization. Manage and administer U.S. benefit plans
including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance,
FSA, 401k, COBRA, and leave of absences. Coordinate international
benefits to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local
regulations across multiple countries. Create and implement
effective communication strategies to enhance employee
understanding and engagement with benefits offerings. Partner with
HR teams and external vendors to ensure benefit plan compliance,
oversee reporting, and support wellness initiatives. What's Needed?
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources management or a related field.
7 years of progressive experience in benefit administration,
including managing global benefits. Experience supporting 1,000
employees across multiple sites, states, and countries. Proficiency
in MS Office, HRIS, and other HR/Benefit software programs. Strong
analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform
