health centers and offer telehealth statewide as part of a network
of 600 Planned Parenthood affiliates nationwide. Position Summary
Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts (PPLM) is seeking a
skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full
recruitment cycle and support our mission-driven organization. In
this role, you will source, attract, interview, and help onboard
top talent while promoting an inclusive and positive candidate
experience. You will play an essential part in ensuring PPLM has
the people power needed to advance our work and serve our
communities. Your Day to Day: Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment
Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media,
professional networks, referrals, and other channels. Review
resumes, conduct initial screenings, and interview candidates to
assess qualifications and alignment with role requirements.
Coordinate interviews and partner with hiring managers throughout
the selection process. Talent Pipeline Management Build and
maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and
future roles. Cultivate relationships with passive talent and
industry professionals to expand PPLM’s network. Employer Brand &
Recruitment Marketing Promote PPLM’s culture, values, and
opportunities as an employer of choice. Support recruitment
marketing efforts including job postings, social engagement,
employer branding activities, and participation in career fairs or
related events. Candidate Experience & Onboarding Ensure candidates
receive timely communication and a respectful, transparent hiring
experience. Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to
provide a smooth and welcoming onboarding process for new hires.
Data & Process Management Maintain accurate recruitment data,
candidate notes, and hiring metrics in the applicant tracking
system (ATS). Contribute to process improvements and support
additional responsibilities as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
preferred. 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience,
ideally within healthcare or mission-driven organizations. Strong
sourcing and networking skills, including experience engaging
passive candidates. Understanding of recruitment best practices and
familiarity with employment-related regulations. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate
effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
Experience using an ATS; familiarity with Lever and/or ADP WFN is a
plus. Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a
fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work respectfully
and effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. Commitment to
