As a growth focused Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions company , we are building out new product focused application development teams in the areas of Payroll & Tax, Time & Attendance, and Human Resources . These teams will help inform the roadmap in their area of ownership and own the technical output. We expect our engineers to have empathy for our user base and to be able to collaborate with their peers across the organization including both product s and operations. As a full stack engineer on the team you will apply your craft to help grow the business and improve the end user experience. You are up for the challenges of integrating greenfield development with existing infrastructure. • Level up your peers and junior members of the team
• Provide insights and guidance on initiatives
• Collaborate with team lead and product owners to help craft the technical roadmap
• Weigh in on areas of investment that would have impact across the engineering organization
• Contribute to architectural and infrastructural decision making within your team
• Focus on delivering velocity while adhering to architectural initiatives
• Build out solutions that merit deeper investments
• Design, develop and maintain web-based software applications
• Write testable, readable, maintainable and efficient code
• Drive conversations with your team to deliver accurately estimated stories
• Collaborate with your team and other engineering scrum teams on best practices, code reviews and process improvements
• Contribute in scrum ceremonies including the daily stand up, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives and sprint reviews.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a computer related field , or similar work experience .
  • 7+ years of full stack production engineering experience , in a SaaS software environment
  • Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship, as we are unable to sponsor or transfer Visas at this time.
