As a Senior Front-End Engineer at Known, you can expect to work on a wide variety of projects. You'll join small, highly focused teams, where you'll have the opportunity to significantly influence the direction of our products, team practices, and the company's broader technical culture! Our work is project-driven and data-first. We build intuitive and responsive front-ends to make complex B2B data science and analytical solutions accessible to non-technical end users. Whether it's Typescript, Vue.js, React, or Socket.IO, each project offers new challenges for the team. Our SPA front-ends and RESTful APIs run mostly on cloud-based (AWS) infrastructure, and we make heavy use of Docker and container orchestrators for deployment. We strive to implement practices like CI/CD, environment parity, and testing. Finally, we actively promote open source projects internally; check out pytest-mock-resources and pytest-alembic our in-house custom pytest plugins! What You'll Do

• Using a UX first focus, design and build front-end web user interfaces using Vue.js, TypeScript, and SCSS
• Wo rk with backend engineers, data scientists and product managers on a wide variety of products and projects that span the marketing and advertising industries across both television and digital
• Collaborate with small, multi-disciplinary teams to identify, brainstorm, design, and build cutting edge data science driven software solutions and products You Have
  • Equal comfort operating as a high-level individual contributor and a team leader
  • A drive to improve engineering practices within an organization
  • 5+ years experience working on front-end web applications
  • High proficiency with Vue.js or React frameworks
  • High proficiency with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap
  • A strong focus on unit and integration testing
  • Experience with TypeScript is a plus
