Lead Software Engineer (Remote)Bozeman, MT, United StatesFull timeWhat it takes to be successful in this role:6 years of development experience3+ years of experience leading a teamExpertise in agile software developmentExperience with a broad set of programming languages and frameworksProficient in HTML, CSS, Angular, Javascript, Java, Spring BootKnowledge of PHP and LaravelKnowledge of relational database conceptsProficient in SQL and query optimizationFamiliarity with SQL and NoSQL database administration and optimizationFamiliarity with web, application and database server management and configurationExperience with Linux, MySQL, RedisExperience with virtualization tools (Docker preferred)Experience with build and deployment automation tools (AWS CodePipeline preferred)Expertise in source control management systems (git preferred)Available for scheduled on-call hoursStrong Project Management and People Management skillsPluses:BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subjectExperience with JIRA, Confluence or similar toolsUnderstanding of microservicesKnowledge of KubernetesUnderstanding of API programming
