Job Description:

The Position:We are looking for a Frontend Software Engineer who shares our passion for shaping the future of customer experience solutions and providing the best possible experience for our customers. You will play a key part in advancing the VUI search experience by improving product usability and delivering new features that redefine the way user engagement will happen! -
Your contributions will directly impact our customers and ultimately improve the overall user experience.
In this role you will:

• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and product teams to create the best experience for our customers (onboarding, portals) and end users (interactive interfaces for digital channels)
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code and compelling user-facing interfaces
• Build and maintain reusable software components and front-end libraries for future use
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
  Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent
  • JavaScript/CSS/HTML5, Typescript, SAAS
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React)
  • Experience with common front-end development tools such as webpack, Babel, npm, etc.
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and workarounds
  • Strong understanding of web application architecture
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs
  • Writing clean, scalable, standards-compliant and reusable code with strong focus on quality
  • Ability to adapt and learn new tasks quickly and switch between the as required
  • 3+ years experience as a frontend developer
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with search technologies and/or natural language processing
    • Real-time communication applications using WebSockets or WebRTC
    • Native mobile software development experience (iOS and/or Android)
    • Proficiency in test-driven development libraries
    • Performance optimization of high-traffic websites
    • Experience in data visualization using D3.js or other visualization library/tools
