We've partnered with the world's largest retailer to develop our Alphabot® technology, which is currently being deployed at stores throughout North America. We're seeking a Scrum Master well-versed in Agile development methodologies to support the development of our Robot Control System. The right candidate should have scalable skills that produce predictable project outcomes and product performance while the portfolio of projects and number of execution teams is expanding rapidly. You should be able to provide Agile process competence, problem solving tools, and planning and prioritization expertise.   • Fulfill the role of Scrum Master on one or more product development teams
  • Run Scrum meetings, create standards to facilitate constructive group dynamics and efficient decision making
  • Resolve conflicts and remove impediments when they arise
  • Mentor the Scrum Team in self-organization, effectiveness, as well as conflict and impediment resolution
  • Pragmatically evangelize Agile principles and help teams achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity
  • Support the product by ensuring that the Product Backlog is well understood by the entire Scrum Team
  • Teach and use skills that improve effort estimation, early risk identification and mitigation, resource tracking, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Program Management in ensuring on-time delivery of software features and releasesWhat we're looking for:
    • Someone who is excited about Agile Scrum, and even more excited at the opportunity to work at a company where expertise and passion can influence how projects are executed
    • 5+ years of experience working in Scrum Teams, at least 3 years as Scrum Master
    • Willingness to learn and grow as well as share knowledge, experience mentoring, leading, and teaching Agile/project management skills
    • Possession of a comprehensive suite of tools applicable to common project challenges
    • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills; able to build effective team relationships and efficiently mediate teams to achieve consensus
    • Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or equivalent formal training preferred
    • Expertise in Jira and Confluence preferred
    • Some exposure to Smartsheet or other project management tool preferred
    • B.S. degree in a technical discipline or the equivalent in training and experienceWhat we offer:
