And blaze even more trails along the wayJob Duties:As a Senior Software Engineer, the position requires:Research, design, develop, deploy, and maintain an Offline Feature Set for Data Analysis and Machine Learning (ML) model training, and maintain an Online Feature Store for real-time access in production systems.Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts and Engineers to gather data requirements and model data as per the needs and encourage adoption of standard data practices.Build ETL (Extract Transform and Load) Processes necessary for supporting Engagement Engine and In-Product Discovery Projects.Prepare data for analytics and build the analytics dashboard and reports as necessary.Standardize data schema, centralized storage and access to data minimizes duplication of effort and accelerates data centric projects including analytics.What We're Looking For: As a Senior Software Engineer, the minimum requirements are:Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or Electrical Engineering and 3 years of experience in the job offered or closely related software development roleAlternatively, will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or Electrical Engineering and 5 years of experience in the job offered or closely related software development roleSkills: The position requires the following experience:3 years of experience designing and developing ETL processes2 years of experience with Python, Hive, SQL, and Spark2 years of experience with AWS: EMR, RDS, Glue, S3UNIX shell scriptingData warehousingAt GoTo, we're passionate about growing a diverse and inclusive work ecosystem because unique takes make us a stronger company, and Stronger Together.
