Job Description:

- Develop software to quality and performance standards - Develop and document software processes and procedures - Provide innovative methods and ideas to improve current code-base - Create and maintain specifications, schedules, and unit tests - Work with other disciplines to develop solutions for current and future products - Provide internal and external presentations within areas of expertise - When necessary, work with customers to define requirements, features, or issues and propose solutions - Occasional travel (-5%, possibly international) will be required to assist in supporting our customers - Work in harmony with remote on-shore and off-shore resources Job Requirements:

• Acting as a senior developer and technical lead
• Lead an application development team
• Create web user interface server-side functionality using ASP
• Ensure user stories that are developer
• Writing full-stack code for the companies web application
• Evolve web and mobile based applications
• Use the latest web development technologies
• Use modern web development tools and technologies
• Support user experience design and information architecture for web applications
• Developing and maintaining web-based systems and responsive mobile web applications
• Design and implement web applications
• Integrate applications with system software infrastructure
• Develop and implement software packages for web sites and client server applications
• Work with database developers to integrate back-end database code with business applications
• Develop bespoke software and web-based solutions
• Take technical ownership for various ecommerce site and web application development
• Assist with automated test development efforts for front end web site and applications
• Supporting new applications under development
• Incorporating modern web development workflows
• Setting organizational web development strategy
