Job DescriptionReports to: Vice President/ControllerType of Position: Full Time 37.5hrs/wk Benefits Eligible, Non-ExemptJob Summary: The full time Technical Implementation Specialist will be lead onimplementing new accounting software system.CMC is seeking a full time, in-house Technical Implementation Specialist responsible for the following:--- Assist in the implementation of new accounting software system (Real Page)--- Create detailed schedule of deliverables as well as 'to-do' lists for staff--- Work closely with 3rd party software consultants, Accountants, IT consultant andManagement to ensure implementation stays on track and successfully implemented by deadline--- Assist management with preparing for implementation by 'scrubbing' chart ofaccounts and existing reports.--- Assist in migrating from existing tenant portal (Senarthco) to new software--- Assist in ensuring data from existing software is properly downloaded andpreserved for reference--- Identify areas of improvement and efficiencies as well as how applications interact with each other--- Assist in terminating existing software contracts to ensure no unnecessary spend takes place--- Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues--- Escalating issues to the proper people/team, timely Core Competencies:--- Detail-oriented and technical skill set--- Ability to prioritize depending on urgency; ability to pivot quickly and efficiently--- Must be professional in both appearance and character--- Commitment to the highest level of customer service--- Good decision-making abilities--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills--- Excellent time management and follow-through skills--- Ability to handle many tasks simultaneously with the ability to work effectivelyunder time constraints and deadlinesQualifications:--- 3-4 years of experience in a technical role--- Prior experience in software implementation, preferably Real Page software--- Prefer individual with accounting background--- Overall IT experience preferred for additional company IT projects (sharefile,Office 365 etc)Interested candidates can send their resume to Janet Perez-Frye Equal Opportunity Employer Statement:It is Crowninshield Management Corporation's policy to provide equal opportunity in employment, development, and advancement for all qualified persons without regard to race, color, sex, victims of domestic violence, pregnancy, age, religion, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability, veteran status, military service, application for military service, geneticinformation or any other characteristic protected under applicable law.
