  • Our revenue model taps into the $100B generated annually in real estate commission in a way that directly aligns our clients' success with our own.

    We need more smart people on our team to continue to support our growth. That's where you come in! The fun has just begun, but it will take proven builders and problem solvers to scale across North America.

    What You Will Do: The Technical Product Manager is responsible for driving discovery, working with designers on definition, and managing delivery throughout the Product Life Cycle. You'll work closely with teams across Curaytor to ensure goals are met and customers are delighted.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our business, customers, customer journeys, competition, and technology.
  • Represent the customer's voice during the ideation, validation, and iteration stages of product development
  • Perform in-depth customer research and data analysis to identify opportunities for your product area.
  • Drive a lean and agile development process; define meaningful sprint cycles, and run constant data-driven experiments
  • Build and manage a 3-month product roadmap that aligns with the team's mission and product strategy.
    What You Possess:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Analytics, or related field
    • 2-4+ years of technical product management experience, including experience with software or SaaS products
    • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, especially from 0-1
    • Strong technical/analytical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development or data engineering
    • Proven track record of shipping products that deliver measurable results
    • Experience using data, analytical, and user research abilities to help solve problems and make decisions
    • Proven ability to develop deep customer empathy and articulate customer problems
    • Ability to effectively collaborate with a talented team of engineers and designers
    • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills with the ability to influence partners
      Compensation + Perks:

      Competitive salary commensurate with experience and beginning at $112,000 USD
