Job Description:

5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years leading complex IT projects/initiatives
Good technical exposure and experience in web and mobile application development
Hands on experience running technology initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery
Experience leading, influencing and collaborating in a matrix-managed environment and across multiple, diverse groups
Experience owning an Agile team; Scrum Master Certification, a plus
Bachelor's degree in MIS/Computer Science or related field
