Oracle Health is looking for an experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
As a Sr. Integrated Technologies Architect on the Network Assurance team, you will be providing consulting services to clients throughout North America for analysis of their wired and wireless networks. These consulting services include the analysis of a clients network using network investigation tools as well as established processes. These standards work together to ensure the client's network meets industry standards and adheres to Oracle Cerner standards for the successful implementation of Oracle Cerner solutions. You will be focused on capturing data while at client sites and then completing an analysis of this data and transferring this information into a useful report format for our clients.
As a member of the Network Assurance team you will be focused on collaboratively working with our clients and Oracle Cerner client team members to deliver a concise and thorough report that is useful to our clients and will take them forward in resolving any issues they may have with their networks.
You will present the final network assessment report(s) to our Oracle Cerner client team as well as the client which would include leadership up to the C-Suite. You will adhere to established processes, methodologies, best practices for network assessments and create/deliver appropriate documentation. You may be expected to engage with client while onsite outside of normal business hours in order to complete the network assessment in areas not easily assessable (i.e, surgery areas, ER) during normal business hours. You will be expected to establish, maintain, and strengthen client relationships and maintain a high level of client satisfaction. You will be assigned to multiple client engagements and will be expected to manage these multiple work assignments and meet utilization targets. Managing priorities and communication of client expectations and progress is expected. You will be expected to continue to develop your knowledge of wired and wireless networks. As a member of the Network Assurance team you will be expected to attend and participate in team meetings and special projects as assigned as well as keep current on consulting administrative responsibilities.
Basic Qualifications



  • At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:


  • At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience


  • At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare, Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant degree or equivalent work experience


  • Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position


  • Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. Citizen


    Preferred Qualifications


    • 6+ years experience with wired (LAN) and wireless (WLAN) network assessments and administration


    • 1+ years of experience with wired (LAN) and wireless (WLAN) network design and troubleshooting experience


    • Expert level experience with Network Assessment Software/Tools such as Ekahau Software Suite, Air Magnet, Fluke, netAlly, and/or NetBrain


    • Experience with analysis of network topologies, config/show commands, network architecture and capacity requirements.


    • Experience in analysis of radio-frequency, data, voice and video communication standards


    • Packet capture and analysis experience (I.e., Sniffer, Wireshark, etc)


    • CCNA Wireless, CCNA Route/Switch, ACMA and or ACSA Certifications or equivalent


    • Vendor Management experience


    • Microsoft Office Suite including Visio


      Expectations


      • Willing to travel up to 80% as needed


      • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations


      • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position


      • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

        Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)
        California Pay Range: from $87,300 to $170,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
        Colorado Pay Range: from $82,500 to $153,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
        New York City Pay Range: from $82,500 to $161,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
        Washington Pay Range: from $92,200 to $161,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
        Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
        Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
