This position reports to: Director, Product Management & Customer

The travel operations analyst works within the product management
team to analyze and document systems and processes, outline
business requirements and find successful and efficient business
solutions. Some common responsibilities for the travel operations
analyst include performing user acceptance testing, preparing
system requirements, providing clarification on requirements,
advising development and testing teams and contributing to the
product roadmap.

information in one-on-one, small group situations to customer,
clients and other employees of the organization.
