Title: Senior Java Developer Job Description
Our client is a leader in the healthcare industry looking for a senior java developer with to help migrate their core, client facing application from a monolith into microservice architecture and deploy to the cloud. Their platform allows communication between the pharmacy, doctors, insurers, and patients. EXAMPLE: when you leave the doctors office they send a prescription from the hospital to the pharmacy so when the patient goes to the pharmacy it is ready to pick up. This platform also allows insurers to make payments for the patients prescriptions. It is located in Woonsocket, Rhode Island but is currently 100% remote. This is a contract role that pays $65/hour with potential to turn into a direct hire when the project is completed.
