Over the first 3yrs, we have seen releases, throughput and associate satisfaction rise while incidents were reduced. In our 4th, year, we build upon these phenomenal achievements as we partner across our organization to increase strategic portfolio planning via shared initiatives and objectives, increase clarity via JIRA ALIGN, improve forums and advance the standards for our portfolio management.The Expertise and Skills You BringStrong proficiency and experience with encouraging Agile behaviors, reinforcing practices, norms, ceremonies, and supporting the overall Squad performance and efficiencyAgile/Scrum Fundamentals - WHY and HOWUnderstanding of JIRA/Kanban boardsIdentifying team improvement opportunities and looking externally for best practices to support continuous improvementLeading and coordinating logistics for Agile ceremonies and practices, e.g., backlog maintenance, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectivesEnsuring all work is tracked in the backlog and accurately balanced across team membersMaintaining and updating the Squad's process metrics and artifacts to ensure accurate and clear communications to partnersExperience acting as or collaborating with the Scrum Master leading teamsBachelor's degree or undergraduate degree preferredCertified Scrum Master (CSM) requiredCOVID Work PolicySafety is our top priority.
