Type:OnsiteThe Systems Engineering Directorate is the central focus
for Mission Systems Integration activities within Raytheon,
responsible for defining customer needs, functional and product
architecture, requirements definition and decomposition, Model
Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), system performance, and System
Security Engineering (SSE).The Radar Systems (RS) Department is
seeking a Technical Fellow to support various executing radar
contracts and supporting new business efforts.We value diverse

from you.Responsibilities to anticipate:Radar system design,
analysis and verificationTechnical subject matter expert to present
at Customer Quarterly Program reviewsSupport and shape concurrent
IRAD technology development programs that focus on advancing and
maturing hardware and software devices and technologies that
deliver advanced performance discriminators for next-generation
radar systemsCollaborate with Chief Engineers to provide
recommendations on necessary technical investments (including IRAD,
EC, CRAD, SBIR, Offsets) to deliver gap closure solutions. Help
synthesize cohesive technology roadmaps and investment plans.Mentor
and groom lesser-experienced radar system engineers on techniques
for thinking through challenging problems and on standards that
they must achieve to deliver credible results.Supporting company in
capture of new product line pursuitsCoordinate, write, and deliver
technical presentations to both internal and external customersBe
responsible for developing highly advanced technologies, scientific
principles, theories and conceptsQualifications You Must
Have:Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or
Mathematics (STEM). An advanced degree in a related field may be
substituted for additional years of experience as follows: A
Master's Degree can account for 2 years of experience as required
for this position. A Ph.D. can account for 5 years of experience as
required for this position.Minimum of 14 years of experience in
related Systems Engineering or Multi-Disciplined
EngineeringExperience in proposal, new business and capture
experience that demonstrates ability to grow the business using
technical expertiseExperience developing user friendly, object
oriented, GUI based simulations and tools for array front-end
hardware (e.g., directivity, sidelobe blanking & notching, angle of
arrival, calibration), signal processing (e.g., radar waveform
design, moving target indicator, multi-pulse range alignment),
system thread-based simulation (e.g., target discrimination, debris
mitigation processing), and overall performance simulations (e.g.,
modeling of array elements, receivers/exciters, waveform design,
and search raster layouts) to predict expected radar performance
against various scenariosLed a team (> 15 engineers) to develop,
integrate, test, and deploy radar algorithms, proven through
successful flight tests and real-world operationsExperience
identifying, troubleshooting, and fixing critical algorithm design
and software implementation defects with ability to investigate
software code written in C, C++, and ADA; and presenting findings
to program management and resolving issues by working closely with
software teamsExperience developing radar architectures, conducting
competitive analyses, performing trade studies, and supporting
critical pursuitsExisting DOD Secret Level clearance or
