• Work within a team of Software Engineers, QA Engineers, and Product Owners to deliver high-quality software while solving complex business problems.
• Code, test, debug, document, implement, and maintain high-performing, secure, and scalable software applications.
• Develop early prototypes of product components and rigorously validate them for technical design, security, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with Product/Application teams, peer architects, and partner organizations to evaluate, select, recommend, and configure technologies.
• Coach peers on best practices, recommend appropriate technologies to use, and provide coverage on the latest technology trends.ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACTAlegeus colleagues are known as problem-solvers, risk-takers, and innovative thinkers. As a Software Architect, these skills are essential for success:Abilities: Ability to demonstrate extensive knowledge of C#/.NET, SQL, APIs, microservices architecture, UIs, Kafka, infrastructure, security, and emerging technologies. Ability to keep an end-to-end view when designing complex distributed solutions with a "big picture" approach.Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in hands-on development and application design in the delivery of software products. Minimum 3 years of experience in an architect role in previous large-scale software development projects, preferably SaaS delivery model. Strong experience designing for container-based deployment; working knowledge of Azure or AWS.Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related discipline is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.BECAUSE WE CARE, WE OFFER:
