Clean Harbors is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Engineer (Oracle HCM Systems) to join our team in Norwell, MA.

  Responsibilities
  
  
  • Drive HCM implementation
  • Support production
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle HCM
  • Setup the system/configure environment and work on issues
  • Write functional design documents and work with development
  • Test enhancement/Oracle upgrades.
  • Solution Design, Develop and deploy
  • Work with Business Stakeholders and drive leadership discussions
    
    Qualifications
    
    
    • 6+ years of leadership/people management experience
    • Minimum 4 years of experience as Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in HCM Modules such as Core HR, Recruitment, Learning and Performance Management.
    • Should have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Workflows, Fast Formula, Alerts, Page Customizations & Extensions.
    • Good Understanding of Oracle Cloud Integration tools and APIs (REST/SOAP). Apex, ATP and OAC (Oracle Analytics Cloud)
    • Experience with Oracle Fusion data migration, conversion, and data management best practices.
    • Ability to build auto complete rules as per business needs
    • Excellent communication, Interpersonal Skills & Team player.
    • Work with our Global team and production support.
