Job Description:
Global Partners LP, a leader in energy distribution within the
northeastern U.S., is seeking a Manager in Business Intelligence
for our Retail Operations sector. This role is pivotal in
leveraging data to drive strategic business decisions and optimize
our extensive network of retail locations. The ideal candidate will
guide our business intelligence team to transform raw data into
actionable insights, enhancing operational efficiency and market
competitiveness. Lead the business intelligence team in collecting,
analyzing, and interpreting retail operational data. Develop and
implement advanced data analysis, predictive modeling, and data
mining strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align
business intelligence strategies with overall business goals.
Manage the creation and distribution of reports and visual
dashboards to department heads and executives. Identify growth
opportunities and efficiency improvements based on data insights.
Expertise in SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent management
and communication skills. Ability to interpret complex data and
present findings clearly. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
