6/2/2022JOB DESCRIPTIONSummary/ObjectiveThe Associate
Counsel-Commercial Transactions is responsible for providing legal
advice on commercial transactions such as real estate matters,
contracts and other business matters. Essential FunctionsReasonable

- Review, draft, and negotiate real estate transaction
documents.
- Assist with closing of all lease, purchase, and sale of Company
real estate.
- Conduct real estate related due diligence.
- Draft and review corporate contracts and third party vendor
contracts and leases.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal advice.
- Facilitate in the transfer of titles after a sales
transaction.
- Conduct research and analysis on potential Company real estate
properties.Competencies

supervisory responsibilities.Work EnvironmentWhile performing the
duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office
setting. This role uses standard office equipment such as
computers, phones, photo copiers, filing cabinets and fax
machines.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are
representative of those that must be met by an employee to
successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While
performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate
objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms. This
position requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk. The
employee is frequently required to stand, talk and hear. The
employee must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.Position
Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a Monday through Friday,
full-time 40 hour a week position. The Company currently offers a
hybrid work schedule subject to your Manager's approval.
TravelLocal travel to various worksites is required.Required
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- Juris Doctor degree.
- MA Bar License.
- 4-8 years of commercial real estate and contract
experience.
- COVID-19 vaccination is required for employees who travel to
New York City.Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience with divestitures and big box leasing.Additional
Eligibility Qualifications1. - - - - -Experience with United
Kingdom transactions.Work Authorization You must be authorized to
