• Diversity and Inclusion company cultureJob DetailsPosition Overview:We are seeking highly qualified Public M&A Litigation Associates with 3 - 6 years of experience to join our esteemed Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution group. As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in handling complex litigation matters related to mergers and acquisitions involving publicly-traded companies.Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, top schools preferred.
  • Graduation years 2017 - 2020.
  • Outstanding academic credentials.
  • Must have securities litigation experience
  • Expertise in disputes related to mergers and acquisitions involving publicly-traded companies
  • Experience with pre- and post-closing shareholder disputes
  • Familiarity with fiduciary duty claims
  • Proficiency in handling Section 220 books and records demands
  • Experience in disclosure counseling
  • Knowledge of Delaware Court of Chancery rules and procedures
  • Comparable big law firm experience preferred
