work from home days offered Job Details As a Permanent Litigation
Attorney (Med/Mal), you will: 1. Manage a caseload of complex
medical malpractice cases from inception to resolution. 2. Conduct
thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy
development. 3. Draft and review legal documents, including
pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements. 4. Represent clients
before courts, arbitration panels, and other tribunals. 5.
Collaborate with physicians, skilled nursing professionals, and
other experts to gather evidence and build strong cases. 6.
Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel, ensuring the best
possible outcomes for our clients. 7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge
of laws, regulations, and industry trends related to medical
malpractice. 8. Provide regular case status updates to clients and
firm partners. 9. Foster positive relationships with clients,
colleagues, and court personnel. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor
(JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the
State Bar and in good standing. 3. Minimum of 3-5 years of
experience as a Litigation Attorney, with a focus on medical
malpractice. 4. Proven experience working with physicians and
skilled nursing professionals on legal cases. 5. Exceptional legal
research and writing skills. 6. Ability to manage multiple cases
and deadlines concurrently. 7. Strong negotiation and client
management skills. 8. Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and
independently. 9. High ethical standards and professional
integrity. 10. Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft
