Job Description Job Description 1st shiftWe are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Precision Electrical Assembler to join our production team. This role is responsible for wiring and assembling high-precision mechanical and electrical components used in CNC machines. The ideal candidate has a strong background in electromechanical assembly, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work with tight tolerances and complex schematics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Key Responsibilities Electrical Assembly: Install and route wiring harnesses, control panels, terminal blocks, and electrical enclosures. Connect and terminate wiring for motors, sensors, encoders, and control systems following wiring schematics and diagrams. Perform continuity testing and insulation resistance checks to verify proper electrical connections. Assemble and mount CNC control units (such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi) into machine cabinets and enclosures. Documentation and Quality Control: Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams. Follow detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality checklists. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet company and industry standards. Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used. You should be proficient in: Equipment Troubleshooting Soldering Mechanical Assembly Skills
