Job Description Job Description Adecco Staffing is hiring for a Coating Operator in Andover, MA! This is a temp to hire opportunity. Schedule: Monday thru Thursday 6am-430pm. Pay rate: $23-26 DOE Key Responsibilities and Tasks Machine Operation: Sets up, adjusts, and operates coating, dipping, or spraying equipment. Surface Preparation: Prepares, cleans, and coats products. Quality Control: Inspects coated items for defects such as uneven coverage, bubbles, or contaminants. Material Preparation: Prepares coating materials like paint, adhesive, or lacquer. Safety Compliance: Adheres to strict safety protocols, often involving toxic materials in industrial, well-ventilated environments. Maintenance: Performs routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines. Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typical. Experience: On-the-job training or previous experience in manufacturing is often required. Physical Ability: Requires consistent standing, lifting (sometimes up to 75 pounds), and manual dexterity.
