• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2+ years of prior cash management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to pick up new computer systems quickly and effectively
• Strong data entry skills and ability to accurately document patient information Job Description:
  • Proactively identify opportunities and key issues to improve payment performance, reduce posting lag, and improve reconciliations of reimbursements.
  • This will include reconciliation between bank deposits and Epic postings.
  • Track variances and communicate to key stakeholders consistent with department policies.
  • Assists in development, communication and implementation of department policies and procedures.
  • Leverage technologies to improve processes.
