The Role

We are looking to hire a Recruiter to act as a hybrid for both of our Business and Technical hiring needs. This is going to be the 2nd Recruiter to join Aura and will be a major contributor to the company as a whole as we continue to grow and scale. This person will be reporting into the Director of Talent Acquisition and ideally, we would love this person to be located remotely in either Boston or NYC.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage multiple requisitions and candidates during high volume periods
  • Find and engage candidates and help them envision life at Aura, while providing world class candidate experience
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their teams and goals and continue to educate them on the recruiting process
  • Identify new ways to build awareness of Aura in new hiring markets and help us continue to create employer branding
  • Organize and lead interview recaps and drive the offer approval, extension and negotiation process
  • Manage partnerships with 3rd party recruiting agencies and continue to foster these working relationships
  • Maintain high attention to detail when entering data into ATS and other recruiting tools

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Natural ability to remain motivated and driven to complete tasks and reach your goals while being an impactful contributor to the company
  • Excellent recruiting and closing techniques
  • Team player with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities
  • Able to confidently represent Aura with professionalism both internally and externally
