Lacework is looking for a Regional Sales Operations Manager - East Coast with Salesforce administrator and declarative programming experience to join our Revenue Operations team to build and deliver best-in-class solutions on the SFDC platform and integrated systems. This hire can work from a home office.

The ideal candidate is an experienced SFDC admin with a deep understanding of sales and marketing automation, reporting & analytics, and optimizing user-experience and workflows within the platform. While imperative programming knowledge (Apex code) is not required for this role, extensive knowledge of declarative programming tools such as workflows, process builder, flows, and the like are a must.

They are someone who is thoughtful in their approach to solving problems, takes pride in what they build, and are excited to share and communicate their solutions - not only internally with the frontline users, but with the greater SFDC community.

This position provides exposure to all areas of the business, experience partnering with different functional departments (sales, marketing, customer success, product management, solution engineering), and offers an executive view into how one of silicon valley's fastest growing SaaS-based companies operates and scales - something few get to experience.

The Role:

  • Architecting, building and launching new features and functionality in SFDC
  • Serving as the technical subject matter expert on SFDC projects and solutions
  • Providing both high-level and deep technical walk-throughs of our instance to internal team members and external consultants
  • Providing guidance and best practices to help our fast growing team level-up their SFDC game
  • Analyzing and identifying gaps in our business operations, and finding elegant, scalable solutions to fill them that reduce technical debt and provide a solid foundation to build upon
  • Installing, configuring and maintaining integrations with 3rd party applications
  • Conducting and automating regular data cleansing exercises
  • Setting up and onboarding new hires in the system
  • Building and automating core business reports, dashboards and alerts (while also building them in a scalable way that allows us to standardise reporting, reduce report proliferation, and allow multiple departments, teams, users to leverage the same report/dashboard)
  • Conducting regional territory carvings
  • Managing regional forecast & pipeline meetings
  • Assisting the sales team with building quotes and processing orders


  • 3-5+ years SFDC admin experience
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Experience working and rolling out features in SFDC Lightning Experience
  • Thoroughly understand the SFDC deployment processes
  • Are a clear and proactive communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Keep meticulous documentation in the system and out
  • User-focused, enjoy building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the company
  • Are able to adapt in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrate a pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to focus on the details
