Teacher and Associate Teacher positions are available working with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children throughout Boston and Charlestown. Opportunities include full-time, part-time, and summer positions. Requirements are listed below.

At Bright Horizons you will:

  • Create and implement hands-on activities based on your observations of children's interests and skills
  • Document and share the special moments and important milestones of the children in your care

Requirements:

Must meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements; applications are open only to those meeting minimum qualifications.

Teacher:

  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
  • Pass required state and company background checks
  • MA EEC certification (Infant/Toddler or Preschool)
  • Experience working with infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers in a professional setting
  • CDA, Early Childhood coursework, or ECE-related degree strongly preferred

Associate Teacher:

  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
  • Pass required state and company background checks
  • Experience working with infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers in a professional setting
  • MA EEC certification, or willingness to pursue, preferred
  • CDA, Early Childhood coursework, or ECE-related degree preferred

Full-time and part-time positions available. *Benefits may vary dependent upon part-time or full-time status. Positions vary by location, and not all positions are available at every center.
