Job Overview Are you interested in being an integral part of a team responsible for shaping the future of IoT at a leading consumer beverage and appliance company? At Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), we're building a team that is charged with developing and executing our overall IoT strategy, including defining the connected product roadmap, implementing the enabling technology platforms to bring them to market, and pursuing the data monetization opportunities that connected products can deliver. As the Product Manager for the Keurig Connected Strategy team, you will help define, prioritize and deploy the mobile app product roadmap. This role will have a special focus on CRM, connected communications, and driving engagement within the app. You will partner closely with Data Science to unlock data-driven insights & conduct research to identify new opportunities. You will synthesize requirements from various stakeholders across the company to create easy-to-understand communications and seamless consumer journeys. By partnering with the Keurig.com CRM, UX, insights, program management and engineering teams, you'll ensure timely product delivery with sufficient time for rigorous internal and external dogfooding, testing and validation. You will also be responsible for maintaining your product with routine, frequent updates, and developing scorecards to benchmark your product & share insights cross-functionally. Responsibilities Executes and communicates the Connected Strategy mobile app product vision while developing and deploying the short-term and long-term product roadmaps Develops the connected consumer journey, with a special focus on connected customer relationship management, communications and engagement within the mobile app Partners with brewer & IoT product management, consumer insights, finance, engineering, UX, Keurig.com, Data Science and other business stakeholders to formulate and articulate detailed product requirements to pursue areas of opportunity within the mobile app that enhance the existing experience & drive lifetime value. Balances market dynamics, personal experience and instinct with the use of empirical data and telemetry to inform recommendations and decisions Collaborates with the brewer product, marketing and consumer insights teams to validate product and roadmap decisions as well as to provide insights for ongoing testing and optimization Leads a cross-functional team, including marketing, ecommerce and others, that oversees strategic planning and deployment of app-based marketing using new capabilities such as in-app marketing content and push notifications Ideates on future, conceptual and analytical frameworks and operating models Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies in the mobile app space Develop, measure and share product KPIs and devise and implement experiments to find suitable solutions to enhance performance Requirements BS degree or equivalent practical experience, MS degree or MBA preferred 5 to 8 years of relevant of product management experience, mobile app experience strongly preferred Proven track record of using insights to prioritize and make decisions Extensive experience collaborating with marketing and UX teams to create consumer driven communications, wireframes, mockups and conceptual designs for consumer-facing functionality Extensive experience providing sound, data-driven recommendations through the creation and testing of designs using high-fidelity prototypes Experience partnering effectively with cross-functional teams, leaders and outside partners up to the C-level Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills Experience working with JIRA and Confluence in an Agile environment #IND1 Company Overview Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is a leading coffee and beverage company in North America with dual headquarters in Burlington, MA and Plano, TX, with annual revenue in excess of $11 billion.
