Position Summary

Position Summary Processes customer quote requests (RFQs) by entering them into the Chomerics quote module. Maintain ownership of each quote assigned to them by following the contract review process and providing to the customer their quote as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions Enter quotes into Chomerics internal software. Follow internal processes for processing quotes, most importantly the contract review process. Communicate with customers as necessary to retrieve all documents and information to proceed with quote. Pull drawings from customer portals. Review customer drawings to determine correct business unit. Verify customer drawing revision matches current revision on file. Maintain a consistent output in line with the expectations of the team. Manage workload toward achieving team KPI goals. Participates in the Quote Cell High Performance Team and any additional Lean Initiatives within the Company. Other duties as assigned. Overtime as required

Qualifications

Qualifications Must possess High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Associates degree preferred. 1+ years of data entry and/or customer service experience required. Proficient written communication skills. Attention to detail. Strong organizational skills. Strong work ethic with a continuous sense of urgency. Willingness to perform highly repetitive and tactical tasks. Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent resident.
