Grow your career as a Digital Performance Analyst within AMResorts, which manages industry acclaimed luxury resort brands like Zotry, Secrets, Breathless, Dreams, among others. In this role, you will be analyzing all relevant metrics related to our direct-to-consumer platforms. This includes customer funnel and search analysis, clickstream analytics, user journey optimization, effectiveness of our digital customer experience, conversion initiatives and a wide range of reporting. In addition, you will identify areas of opportunity in campaign performance across marketing channels and collaborate to implement enhancements.

A successful Digital Performance Analyst will

  • Manage Google Analytics 360 tech stack to create reporting/documentation for in-depth performance/ROI analysis across all paid, earned, and owned channels, impacting bottom line business revenue goals. Advance systems analysis & design, including data-driven attribution, cross-channel performance, marketing ROI, reverse goal path analyses, digital customer booking engine funnel analysis, digital user scoring algorithm analysis
  • Manage and take ownership of core marketing technology platforms including Google Analytics 360, Google Marketing Platform, Google Tag Manager 360, Auryc CX Software, HubSpot Enterprise Marketing Automation along with systems design change authority
  • Consult cross-departmentally with users to determine system/platform programs' functional specifications meeting individual business requirements
  • Own campaign planning and reporting, including audience analysis and creative performance via regular testing to ensure efficiencies across all digital platforms
  • Build strong relationship with agency and other vendor partners to deliver excellent campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or equivalent 4-year degree (Required fields: Business Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Computer Sciences, Data Management, Statistics, Marketing, or related field)
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager Individual Qualification required
  • English language, Spanish beneficial but not required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager,
  • Experience with Google Marketing Platform technologies (AdWords, DCM, DBM, Floodlight/Remarketing Tagging, etc) as well as measurement of paid media channels (display, paid search, paid video, and paid social marketing campaigns) not required, but considered a plus
  • Experience working with the analysis/measurement of earned/owned media channels: SEO, organic social, content strategy, lead generation, and email marketing
  • Experience working with BI/data automation/visualization software (Data Studio, Tableau, Qliksense, etc) a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to demonstrate understanding of the complexities of ad trafficking
  • Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of attribution structures (CPC, CPM, CPA, etc.)
  • Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of digital audience segmentation and advanced digital targeting techniques
  • Experience in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager preferred but not required
  • Experience working with a customer experience (CX)/heatmapping software a plus
  • Experience working with A/B and multivariate testing software a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage projects autonomously
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
  • Hospitality/travel industry experience a plus
