  • Manages initiatives and goals of strategic importance to the Surgical Business

Subject Matter Expert and Liaison to Engineering:

  • Utilizes subject matter expertise to provide medical input to various functions
  • Maintains current knowledge of literature, emerging science, technological developments and trends
  • Develops expertise in clinical and commercially- released products
  • Educates customers and internal stakeholders on current technology
  • Participates in the internal evaluation of new products and iterations
  • Provides feedback on device performance


  • Regular presence in the operating room/ICU during clinical procedures
  • Creates/expands relationships in the field to drive technology adoption
  • Assists HCPs in adherence to protocols and best practices
  • Supports KOL development and physician education
  • Supports the publication plan and dissemination of clinical evidence

Program Development and Marketing:

  • Identify key adoption barriers in referral pathways and devise programs to overcome these barriers
  • Review clinical literature, build clinical arguments, and create "physician to physician" presentations for KOLs and field team to expand awareness and adoption of our Breethe system as the preferred treatment option
  • Develop educational resources assets and tools in collaboration with the Medical Office and product development team
  • Participate in Breethe content development and lifecycle: presentations, clinical dossiers, claims matrix, website content, brochures, case studies, FAQs, etc.
  • Continually assess target markets, including evolving technology and healthcare trends, competitive dynamics, unmet needs, and geographic-specific factors
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and unmet patient, clinician and business needs by patient, physician implanter and hospital segments
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of current literature, emerging science, technological developments and trends on relevant therapies and competitive products, and effectively disseminate clinical evidence & relevant publications

  • Reports to the GM of the Surgical Business
