Senior Account Executive - Sales Exec for CRM tools (Salesforce)

This is a REMOTE role.

NTT Data is searching for an experienced, growth-minded REMOTE Senior Account/Sales Executive capable of interfacing with the C-suite. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to our clients by advising on CRM/Salesforce solutions and be part of building the Salesforce Practice within our Digital Transformation Unit in an established top 10 IT Services company. This position will play an important role in driving growth across our expanding digital transformation business

As an Account/Sales Executive you will be responsible for maximizing opportunity across the CRM and Salesforce business as part of our Digital Transformation Services team.

Additional Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • The ability to grow new business while also being able to expand some existing accounts.
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding the business and advising on CRM applications with a focus on Salesforce integration solutions. Assist clients in the ability to streamline business operations, improve agility and adapt to changing technology needs
  • Sponsors and institutionalizes new and innovative ways of working in teams to meet clients' needs and objectives
  • Able to assess and assist in qualifying potential sales opportunities and developing value propositions to help maintain qualified pipeline of opportunities
  • Previous experience using personal and business networking techniques to identify and establish new relationships which lead to qualified meaningful opportunities
  • Fluent with CRM/Salesforce Applications and technology and how it complements other business technology
  • Understand the Software and Application Development industry and understands how it complements other business technology/software
  • Cross-functional leadership to successfully partner with other teams including vertical sales, solutioning, delivery, partners, and marketing in driving cloud sales
  • Responsible for analyzing existing and anticipated client requirements and finding solutions for them within NTT DATA and/or its partners
  • Extensive contacts with C-suite executives
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • 4 years of experience in a matrixed-managed environment. Ability to thrive in a matrixed managed team environment. MUST be a team player.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years as a sales professional with a proven track record of selling Applications, BPO or Infrastructure Services and successfully meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Minimum 2 years of experience selling CRM/Salesforce and an understanding of the importance of solution and delivery
  • Bachelor's degree or four years professional experience


Minimum Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years as a sales professional with a proven track record of selling Applications, BPO or Infrastructure Services and successfully meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Minimum 2 years of experience selling CRM/Salesforce and an understanding of the importance of solution and delivery
