Job Description:

A facilities management company is looking for a PMO Program Manager to hire as a salaried employee to support a 16-18 month project. The client recently won a bid to provide a pharmaceutical company with food services support and this candidate will be supporting the role out and planning of these services at 15 sites across North America. The main purpose of this role is to navigate organizational changes and ensure that this transition and expansion of services is planned for effectively to ensure smooth and seamless execution. Responsibilities will include project planning from conception to completion, change management duties, project bench marking/timeline creation, interfacing with clients and stakeholders, and high level documentation. This role will require occasional travel to the client sites across the country but will operate remotely for the majority of the projects duration.



PMO project management experience working in the IFM industry

Experience managing organizational changes and transitions

Experience creating and managing project timelines from conception to completion

Experience handling high volume of documentation correlated with organizational shifts and transitions

Experience supporting a highly matrixed and complex organization

Experience working closely with end clients
