Job Description:

Seeking a competent, self motivated person with at least 2 years office experience who welcomes multi-tasking challenges and opportunities to learn and grow in the Account Management department of a fast paced commercial landscape company.Duties include but not limited to spreadsheet management and creation, data entry, payroll data organization, etc.*Excellent computer skills*Must have excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.*Ability to use Excel to create spreadsheet, record data, calculate totals*Proposal/Contract preparation*Communicate with Clients, Field Staff, Company Employees*Experience with GPS websites/Fleet tracking*Time check and confirm payroll data*Ability to learn new programs*Experience with Sage 100 Contractor a plus*Excellent verbal and written communication skills*Attention to detail*Excellent follow up skills*Common sense in achieving information needed to complete tasks* Ability to organize and prioritize work.* A high degree of poise and tact professionalism is required.Full time positionPaid holidays, Health, and dental benefits available401k available upon eligibiltyJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:
