Company Description : Abuse Refuge Org (ARO) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3). We focus our best efforts and practices to assist and help those abused by aiding in 10 major areas of abuse to include: Sexual, Physical, Narcissistic, Psychological, Financial, Bullying, Spousal, Cyber, Child, and Self-abuse.
This is an unpaid volunteer position

Job Description

Job Summary- The Internship Coordinator aids the Internship Program Supervisor in developing internship processes and procedures. This role provides administrative support as required.

Responsibilities-
Assists in developing the Company Mind Map.
Identifies intern training needs.
Assists in developing Internship procedures/processes.
Provides administrative support.
Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications

Requirements-
Bachelor's Degree in related field and/or equivalent experience.
Experience in developing internship processes or willingness to train and learn.
Experience in developing Mind Maps or willingness to train and learn.
Experience in reviewing and/or developing training content.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be available to volunteer 5-10 hours/week.

Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
