WHAT YOU'LL DO
This role will fit within the Global Services & Global Function Digital Products Finance team. You will work in partnership with the Global Services Finance Senior Manager and GS & WWI Capacity Lead and Analyst to share the lead SME for headcount, FTE and compensation reporting which equates to approximately 50% of the costs across Global Services and Global Functions Digital Products.

You will own the central workforce planning and reporting tool; the key deliverables for the role will be:
--- As a close business partner to multiple functions throughout the organisation, you will act as SME on all elements of FTE and compensation management, including creation of communications & presentations for Global Services leadership.
--- Delivering comprehensive, accurate, and timely management reporting to the Global Services Finance & Accounting team.
--- Create insightful analysis to allow stakeholders to understand performance drivers to proactively highlight risks, issues and opportunities for improvement.
--- Own GS FTE & compensation modelling, as well as the end-to-end process design.
--- Deliver transformational improvements to the end-to-end process and system to support more efficient business decision-making and analysis for resource management
--- Coordinate and manage the budget planning and forecasting process for headcount, FTE and compensation of global functions in partnership with respective functional finance leads, ensuring alignment of functional plans with overall plan parameters
--- Provide scenario modelling, analytics and business support to leadership with respect to strategic business decisions regarding headcount.
--- Creation of central reference guidance to allow high level understanding of impacts of compensation elements (e.g. LOA policy) in our GS Hub locations.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

--- Strong technical capabilities to manage a large and complex dataset with multiple inputs in a matrix environment, whilst providing high level analytics to tell the overarching story.
--- Able to manage deliverables across multiple stakeholders with potentially conflicting priorities, prioritize transparently, and communicate openly to ensure constructive and positive outcomes.

--- Demonstrate both strong detailed analytics and big picture capabilities in problem solving approaches.

--- Ability to engage and influence, establish, and maintain effective working relationships within all levels with a consultative approach to problem solving, acting as SME in providing deep analysis and offering viable solutions.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
--- Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting/economics, and/or a MBA preferred
--- (management information systems experience a plus)
--- 7+ years relevant work experience in a finance environment
--- Advanced organizational skills with high levels of accuracy and diligence a must
--- Excellent communication skills - oral and written, with the ability to adjust to multiple audiences and the confidence to present to and influence senior management
--- A passion for working in a collaborative team environment
--- Critical Thinking and problem solving - proven ability to work through complex problems and analyses in providing a thoughtful concrete solution
--- Motivation and self-drive - excited by tackling challenges and pro-actively finding new ways to provide value to senior leadership
--- Advanced Excel skills - experience managing and building scalable financial models and analysing large data sets
--- Other systems skills a benefit, e.g. a working knowledge of HFM, Tableau, Alteryx, Think-Cell

Global Services & our Global Function Digital Products business consists of a variety of functions providing corporate support to BCG's business and strategic priorities. Global Services is also comprised of teams and individuals who support partnership activities including firm governance and leadership, operational excellence and internal corporate development and oversight. They are a diverse group of experts, operators and specialists representing all levels who integrate and collaborate with their teams across the globe.
