Taking support calls and providing the correct resolution to the
Resolve customer inquiries via email and/or telephone in a timely
and accurate manner.
Logging all support calls and emails into our tracking system.
Receive customer complaints and maintain professional decorum when
working with customers exhibiting frustration.
Communicate effectively with a wide range of users from business
owners, office managers, accountants to delivery drivers.
1-3 years of customer service or sales experience with a proven
track record of success
- Experience working with high call volume ( Candidate will be on
the phone for 50-75% of the day)
Ability to notate and log complex information, collect, and
research data, and design workflows and procedures
Excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication skills
Excellent telephone and oral communication skills individually and
in group settings
- Experience in providing B2B client support
