About The Role

The Operations team is looking to hire a Business Operations Lead to support the build-out of our Marketplace function. As a Business Operations Lead, you will work cross-functionally to help build out and implement new processes and systems to support the growth of the company. This role reports to the VP of Operations and will work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, etc.

As a Business Operations Lead at Dolly, you will:
Lead and execute cross-functional projects to support the development of the Dolly Marketplace
Build, map, and optimize processes and systems for scale and efficiency; Identify and fix process gaps within the broader company
Analyze and synthesize data into insights that help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization
Help with ad hoc analysis on key business questions
Prep materials for and facilitate discussions across both Dolly's and Updater's (parent company) executive team

The ideal candidate will have:
2-5 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or high growth business in an analytical capacity
Driven self-starter with an insatiable curiosity about how the business works and excitement for making an impact
Excellent written and verbal communicator
Ability to operate effectively under pressure and deliver results
Ability to use data to inform key decision making and strategic direction sound business judgment to run process improvement tests
Ability to balance competing priorities with a proven record of delivering results
