Who Are You?The training specialist's responsibility is to help our company succeed by training and developing its people and its clients. The candidate should be passionate about helping people learn and grow. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as experience designing training. The candidate should have 5+ years' experience designing, implementing, and delivering core curriculum and training programs or experience with Invoice Cloud. This position is influential in driving the design, implementation and delivery of Invoice Cloud's product training and organizational learning and education curriculum.Responsibilities

  • Designs and develops training programs for employees and clients
  • Develops and facilitates learning activities, multimedia materials, instructor guides and lesson plans.
  • Apply knowledge of adult learning to develop and deliver experiential, high-impact training and learning solutions
  • Manage the learning environment to ensure active participation, successful learning transfer, and participant action planning that carries training back to the job
  • Serve as subject matter expert and administrator of the learning management system (LMS)
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they align with strategic need, are applicable to the work and an efficient use of time
  • Identifies/incorporates best practices and lessons learned into training plans.
  • Oversee programs that increase efficiency, strengthen employee knowledge and abilities, and maintain overall company knowledgeOutcomesFirst 30 days
    • Attend New Hire Training and Client Training Sessions
    • Review all elearnings and training documentation
    • Review assigned Master Class recordings
    • Set up demo site and be able to conduct basic functionsFirst 90 days
      • Conduct 5-day new hire training
      • Collaborate with IC Manager to create a training plan.
      • Review GURU content and make recommendations on improvement of trust score
      • Learn applications like Salesforce, Box, GURU, CRM, Microsoft Teams
      • Perform administrator duties with current LMSFirst 180 days
        • Develop and implement interactive training modules for Operations' teams.
        • Develop and implement CRM training for new hires and current IC employees.
        • Develop and implement training modules for software partner subject matter experts.
        • Develop an excellent working knowledge of the CRM, Biller Portal and Virtual Site/Customer PortalOngoing
          • Develop training for new products and enhancements to existing products.
          • Develop training documentation, training courses and videos for Invoice Cloud products and processes.
          • Host monthly product enhancement review sessions for all employees
          • Build, develop and administer training programs that certify ongoing position growth within the company, and track progress toward learning objectives.Skills & Abilities
            • 5+ years of experience in merchant services, electronic payments or bill pay a plus
            • Proven experience as a corporate trainer
            • Experience with Learning Management System platforms (required) Mindtickle or Cornerstone preferred
            • Organizational skills and a positive attitude
            • The ability to work independently, with thoroughness and accuracy
            • Ability to work both autonomously and as a team player
            • Problem-solving oriented, with a constant desire to improve and achieve higher grounds
            • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
            • Tenacity, accountability, sense of urgency, results orientated
            • Strong attention to details
            • Understanding of adult learning, effective teaching methodologies and tools
            • Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate training
            • Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint), LMS and e-learning software desired
            • Proficiency with Camtasia, Storyline, Audacity, and Audiate.
            • Communication, presentation and public speaking skills
            • Critical thinking and decision makingRequirements
              • Bachelor's degree in Training, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
              • Five (5) years in Learning Development, Training & facilitation and/or Training required or Invoice Cloud experience
              • Experience in instructional design desired
              • Experience in designing elearnings and educational videos desired
