AFA Protective Systems, Inc., an established fire alarm, burglar alarm, CCTV and Access Control Company, has an immediate opening for a Service Dispatcher in our Boston office.SERVICE SCHEDULER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan technicians' routes for service calls based on availability, skill, and geographical location
• Assisting service department in daily operations
• Familiarity with Massachusetts, RI, NH, and towns
• Provide information to technicians relevant to their calls.
• Contact Customers prior to service call to confirm appointment
• Other various duties asked of management QUALIFICATIONS
  • Customer Service experience preferred, however willing to train
  • Great problem Solving and Multi-Tasking Abilities
  • Must be able to communicate and handle customer service issues independently and resolve them in a timely and professional manner
  • Knowledge of Fire, Security, CCTV, Card access is a plus
  • Strong computer, verbal and written communication skills are requiredDESIRED ATTRIBUTES
