Senior Strategist, Social Strategy – Manager What you'll do: Create and manage the social strategy component of various campaigns for a large financial services brand as part of the Social Strategy team.As Social Strategy, Manager, you'll lead the strategy on the organic and paid social pieces of various campaigns, from presenting audience insights, to making platform recommendations and best practices, through to reviewing creative. You'll have the opportunity to work across different lines of business with different people, having the opportunity to manage and learn from others across a 20+ person social strategy team.Day-to-day, your role includes:

  • Developing smart social and content strategies for clients, both audience and platform specific
  • Writing creative briefs based on consumer mindsets and brand goals, collaborating with our creative team to produce social specific content
  • Helping ideate and execute influencer campaigns
  • Developing thought leadership pieces about social platforms and how social is changing
  • Keeping a firm pulse on pop culture, entertainment events and other opportunities for our clients to make waves in social
  • Collaborating with media strategy, creative strategy, data and creative teams to bring the best work to our clientsQualifications

    We're looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:
    • 4 to 8 years of digital experience in advertising, entertainment, newsroom or content fields—if you have social experience, even better
    • Experience living in the social media universe—you're in-the-know on all social platforms
    • Excellent research and writing skills—and the ability to create smart content quickly (please include links to examples of your work in your application)
    • An ear for consumer insights—you get what makes people tick
    • The ability to back up great creative ideas with sound analytical reasoning
    • The ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external partners
    • A nose for new technology, new content solutions, social media events and developments—plus a strong connection with entertainment and pop culture
    • An understanding of paid media planning, distribution and content syndication, especially paid social
