Job Description:

Seeking a Portfolio Operations Associate to join a Boston asset management firm. This individual will support the firm's overall operations including trade settlements, reconciliations, reporting processes, account billing processes, money movement, contributions, and client requests. The ideal candidate will have experience with international investments. This is a great role for a candidate with one to three years' relevant experience and looking to grow their operational skills!



Position Responsibilities:

• Support daily reconciliation process and trade settlements in a multi-currency environment
• Communicate with third-party administrator and custodians daily
• Support the monthly and quarterly reporting cycle
• Assist in the processing of corporate actions, proxy voting set-up, and class action settlements
• Monitor and support custodial relationships and subscriptions and redemptions
• Ensure timely and accurate data within internal systems
• Assist with the firm's custody audit
• Create custom reports using Advent Qualifications : Position Qualifications:
  
  
  • Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience with accounting systems within an investment, securities, or financial institution
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite, Advent, APX, MOXY, and Revenue Center skills
  • Experience with SQL, SSRS reports, Salesforce, Bloomberg, and FactSet is a plus
  • Experience with international investments a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail
