The -Event Producer at Saphire Event Group is responsible for planning and executing events for SEG properties by following SEG standards and procedures. As a representative of the SEG organization, the Event Producer is expected to conduct business in a professional and ethical manner while providing personalized customer service and exceeding the client's expectations in all areas of the planning process as well as the day of the event.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
--- Conduct all necessary client meetings to include menu meetings, two-week meetings, three-day meetings, drop off and rehearsals.
--- Schedule all tasks for client correspondence and reminders. Handle all client questions and concerns throughout the planning process.
--- Responsible for all event detailing to include timelines, room set-ups, and menu planning.
--- On-site contact for the client day of event responsible for overseeing event set up and delivery of services through entr--e service to ensure customer satisfaction.
--- Responsible for overseeing the set up of the venue for tours / open houses / private tastings and group tastings.
--- Assist in various internal market research projects
--- Effectively communicate information to ensure the successful execution of products and services.
--- Responsible for the collection of all final event payments.
--- Continually increase revenue through up-selling.
--- Send post-event Thank You.
Attend management meetings as necessary and requested.
--- Works closely with multiple departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
--- Report and handle customer concerns.
--- Maintain a complete knowledge of all products and services offered.
--- Identify key competitors and continually stay abreast of their products and practices.
--- Identify and report ways of improving our services.
