our Talent Specialist, you will bring that same vision to our

business partner to a dedicated segment of ATN International
employees and is primarily focused on recruiting candidates to join
our talented team. You will immerse yourself in emerging talent
pools across the specific practice areas you hire for, and you will
develop close relationships with ATN leadership. You will play a
central role in bringing top talent across industries and functions
into the organization, enabling ATN to reach our vision to
digitally empower people and communities so that they can connect
with the world and prosper.Duties and Responsibilities (include but
not limited to):
- Contribute to the definition of and actively shape and lead
execution of recruiting strategies in partnership with key business
stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate journey and experience:
sourcing, screening, and selection, offer, conversion and
hire.
- Manage the relationship and be the main point of contact with
key business stakeholders. Engage with these business stakeholders
as a trusted partner who has a deep understanding of the talent
requirements, and the work ATN does. You will build a deep
understanding of their business, role requirements and desired
candidate profiles.
- Ensure diversity, equity and inclusion strategies and
principles are incorporated throughout the steps in the hiring
process, from pipeline development to candidate conversion.
- Build a solid understanding of the external market and
individual networks to build the top of the funnel and
systematically bring in talent.
- Mine referral and direct application candidates for current and
future pipeline.
- Create, enhance, and implement branding, marketing, and
recruitment collateral.
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedure to
continually improve efficiency of the department and services
performed.
- Assists in evaluation, creation, and implementation of HR
projects and programs in relation to our established goal of adding
value and driving our desired culture.
- Support other HR practice areas or businesses as needs
fluctuate.Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years experience in Human Resources and/or Office
Manager/Project Administrator roles.
- Experience with recruiting candidates to meet complex role
requirements strongly preferred.
- Experience building strong, trusted relationships with
stakeholders through a dedicated focus on service to the business
and delivery
- Previous experience supporting remote locations and
employees.Key Competencies:

collaboration skills.
- Leadership presence with effective influencing and business
acumen.
- Strong research, time management, planning and organizational
skills.
- Ability to work independently but also thrive in a global,
dynamic, and team-oriented environment.

- Proven ability to interact with and advise multiple businesses
and coordinate with HR colleagues in other jurisdictions and
