Through Leaf VIP,

--- Brands deliver bite-sized marketing videos with key educational messages and surveys to budtenders, store managers and buyers via offers redeemed through our Leaf VIP app.

--- Brands receive actionable field intelligence from the budtenders interacting with the end consumer.

--- Brands and budtenders can communicate with each other in real time via the Leaf VIP app, creating a valuable feedback loop to improve the way brands and budtenders connect.

--- Brands partner with retailers to create unique contests and incentives for retail staff.
--- Budtenders are paid instantly to learn about brands and their products! After viewing a brand offer, budtenders are better equipped to educate customers on key messaging in order to increase sales. Once that offer is completed, the budtender receives payment through Paypal or Venmo.

_*Field Sales Representative Position*_
Leaf VIP is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team. In this role you will be responsible for managing Leaf VIP's retailer relationships in order to onboard new clients and drive organizational value for our existing client base. This role will require you to build relationships with executive teams and strategize on ways Leaf VIP can improve and simplify their business operations. This role is highly collaborative, requires creative thinking, account management expertise, and an ability to thrive in a hybrid inside/field selling model. You need to be a self-starter who is comfortable with change, enjoys a very fast pace, and can juggle many tasks and deadlines.

_Dispensary managers, budtenders, brand managers, and brand ambassadors are encouraged to apply._

_*Responsibilities*_

--- Open new accounts through creative prospecting and outreach; relationship building is a key aspect of this role

--- Maintain a finger on the pulse of the cannabis industry; understand market trends, participate in industry events, build relationships with employees within stores

--- Willingness and ability to travel 75% of the time; driving to retailers in your area for activations, introductions, and events is required

--- Promote brand awareness and market presence; as the face of Leaf VIP this requires kindness, professionalism, and being knowledgeable

--- Obtain video and photo content of in-store activations

--- Create and recommend sales process and product/technology improvements; as a tech start up, thinking outside of the box is imperative

_*Qualifications, Skills and Experience*_

--- 2+ years of experience in a sales or relationship management role
--- Exceptional in all areas of customer service; active listener, approachable demeanor, enjoys speaking with strangers, enthusiasm, punctuality, quick-thinker, intuitive troubleshooting, and is reliable

--- Demonstrated ability in accomplishing goals and hitting quotas
--- Experience in professional relationship building
--- Experience in cannabis, tech sales, field sales, or account management preferred
--- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment that requires tenacity to exploit opportunities and a steady demeanor to handle challenges

--- Self-motivated and excited by the potential to own what you do, you have the willingness to learn and adapt as needed

--- Ability to work independently and still contribute to a team environment

--- Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and documentation skills

--- Reliable transportation
--- Must have a current/valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and self-insured vehicle (Motor Vehicle Report and Proof of Insurance will be obtained by Viola prior to start of work).

Salary: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
