Job Description:The RoleCatchlight, a startup in Fidelity Labs,
is seeking a SaaS Account Executive. The startup s focus is
building innovative SaaS technology for independent financial
advisors (RIA and BD) who seek faster organic growth. This role
will be responsible for working closely with prospects and other
internal relationship management teams to drive a SaaS sales
pipeline. Experience with successfully carrying a SaaS sales quota
is a requirement for this role. The Expertise and Skills You
- High touch sales with experience driving all stages of deals
(discovery calls to closing the deal).
- Demonstrated experience of beating sales quota, ideally selling
SaaS solutions. Role carries a quota. Variable compensation is
based on quota achievement.
- Experience scaling ARR revenue for start ups as a sales hunter
- Experience selling Digital Marketing, CRM or related SaaS is a
big plus. Travel may be required
- Executing as a sales leader and closing deals by managing and
growing the pipeline.
- Working collaboratively with relationship managers to source
and cultivate new opportunities.
- Prior success closing deals of varying ticket size. Our product
starts at $150/month/advisor and scales up based on the number of
seats and additional use cases,
- Experience working in small team (or startups) that is
undergoing rapid growth
- Experience utilizing a CRM (such as SFDC) to manage sales cycle
and provide accurate forecasts.
- Experience managing strategic opportunities with both rapid
sales cycles (days) to longer, more complex sales cycles
- You are self-driven, make things happen and show a strong
desire to succeed.
- You get deals done while you are client focused and passionate
about delivering value for your clients.
- You are a straight talking sales hunter and show integrity in
all your client and non-client interactions. The TeamWe are
