Job Description:

blue. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a
fast-paced production environment to meet changing business needs
and claims processing requirements. Primary duty will be data entry
of Fitness, Weight Loss, and medical claims in a timely and
accurate manner on behalf of our members. Must exhibit a spirit of
flexibility and teamwork to support the success of the organization
and personal development goals.Key Responsibilities:+ Consistently
achieve desk level quality and productivity standards+ Identify and
investigate system discrepancies and follow through with proposed
resolution+ Provide a high level of service to both internal and
external customers+ Exhibit a spirit of teamwork and contribute
ideas for division and company success+ Perform special projects as
needed+ Identify system/benefit discrepancies and recommend
solutionsQualifications: + Data Entry experience preferred +
Working knowledge of RTMS & NASCO+ Demonstrated ability to process
a high volume of claims in a fast-paced environment+ Recent work
history that supports excellent organization, problem-solving
communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills+ Demonstrated
flexibility and willingness to change as business needs change
within the organization+ Proven written and verbal communications
skills are essential+ PC skills a plusExperience and Education:+
High School diploma or equivalent+ Minimum of one year business
experienceMinimum Education Requirements: High school degree or
equivalent required unless otherwise noted above
